Electric Ranges
Electric ranges offer the advantage of a smooth top which is easier to clean. Some are still available with coil tops for the customer that likes to can. Electric ranges also tend to bake more evenly in the oven. For the customer who likes to bake, an electric oven with true convection offers the most even baking.
