1. Super Fit
We’re all spending a lot more time at home, but that doesn’t mean that our workouts need to suffer! We may not be able to go to the gym, but there are still plenty of workouts to do from your home, or home gym.
But, if you need a little extra push to get moving, we’ve got some playlists set to get the blood pumping. First up is SuperFitness’s Spotify playlist, and well, you’ll just have to check it out to hear all the bangers.
2. The Ultimate Song of Ultimate Destiny
Motivation can be hard to find, especially when you are stuck within the same four walls. But you don’t want all your 2020 resolutions to go to waste, do you?
Of course not. PopSugar’s Pump-Up playlist is ready to help you get, well, pumped up! Turn it on, crank those speakers up, and get ready to sweat!
3. A One-Two, One-Two-Three Punch
OK, we’re going to squeeze a couple playlists into this one, giving you both Refinery29’s Girl Power playlist and Spotify’s Beast Mode playlist. Two for one, what’s better than that?
And if you are struggling with that workout, just let Lizzo, Fergie, Ciara, Taylor Swift, and Lady Gaga help you through it.
4. Top O’ The Morning
What’s a great way to help you reach your personal records? Listening to the top workout songs, of course!
Fit League’s Top Workout Songs 2020 has been listened to nearly 2 million times. That’s a lot of squats and burpees, but we hope it helps you reach the very top of your goals!
5. Last Laps
It’s time to start winding things down. We’re getting to the end of the track, the final push, the last set. You get it -- we don’t have to throw any more workout metaphors in here.
What we will throw in, though, is Cosmopolitan's 26 Best Workout songs list. Lizzo makes another appearance along with Kesha, Avril Lavigne, Ariana Grande, and Drake.
How’s that for some musical workouts? Did you get your sweat on? We know we did -- and we’re glad we had music to help push us through it! Those sets aren’t going to rep themselves, you know. Whether you are going for a run or stuck working out in your home gym, sound quality is important. If you are looking for new speakers or headphones to really power your workouts, give us a call! We’d be glad to help you take your workouts to the next level.
